What are the best KS Media alternatives if you don't sell SaaS? Match the agency to what you sell.
If you sell B2B software, KS Media fits. If you are on camera yourself with a high-ticket offer, such as coaching, expertise or a paid community, Menno Kater fits better: done for you in your own voice, on YouTube and Instagram, in English and Dutch, with published prices and month-to-month terms. KS Media works only with B2B SaaS and publishes no price (as of October 2026). For brand teams, demo-led SaaS and editing-only needs, other agencies below fit better.
We wrote this comparison, and we are one of the options
We are Menno Kater, a done-for-you YouTube agency for founders and experts. That makes us a participant, not a neutral judge. We put ourselves forward only for the type of client we serve, and we name another agency wherever it fits better.
Every fact about other agencies comes from our own review of their websites and the lists that cite them, read on October 19, 2026. We describe what they publish. We have not audited their results, and a missing public price means you need a quote, not that the service is worse.
Who is KS Media built for?
KS Media is built for founder-led B2B SaaS companies that want pipeline and recurring revenue from YouTube. Its homepage promises videos that grow your MRR, and it states that the founder spends 2 to 3 hours a month recording. Tim Soulo, who ranks it first on his list of YouTube content agencies, describes it as working exclusively with B2B SaaS companies.
That focus is a strength if you sell software. KS Media shows named SaaS clients and reports outcomes such as $250K in pipeline from 5 videos and 30+ booked calls a month for one client. It works month to month, publishes no price, has no Instagram service and works only in English. All of this is as of October 2026, from its own site and Tim Soulo's lists.
Its testimonials also include a few coaches and a CFO adviser. So a non-SaaS founder is not automatically turned away. But the strategy, the cases and the language on the site are written for software buyers, and that shapes what you would get.
Your situation, then this agency
Pick by what you sell and who appears on camera, not by the biggest number on a homepage. This table covers the situations we see most often. Facts are as published by each agency, as of October 2026.
| Your situation | Agency that fits | Why, on public facts |
|---|---|---|
| You sell B2B software and you will be on camera | KS Media | Works only with B2B SaaS, named SaaS founders as clients, 2 to 3 hours of recording a month |
| You sell B2B software and want demo videos without the founder on camera | ContentBuck | Demo-driven B2B YouTube, packages published from $2,000 to $4,500 a month |
| You are a coach, expert or consultant on camera with a high-ticket offer | Menno Kater | Done for you in your own voice, YouTube and Instagram, published prices, month to month |
| You run a paid community and want members from YouTube | Menno Kater | Our published case is a $250-per-month community (details below) |
| You want to work in Dutch, or you sell in the Netherlands or Belgium | Menno Kater | The team works in English and Dutch, with clients in the US, Dubai, the Netherlands and Belgium |
| You are a marketing team running a company channel | Vireo Video | YouTube-only agency for brands, $4,000 to $15,000 a month published in its FAQ |
| You are a startup with a company channel and hired presenters | Humble&Brag | Positions itself as a fractional YouTube team for startups |
| You are a large consumer brand with an ad budget | Team5PM | Clients such as KPN and bol, part of the SAMY group |
| You only need editing at volume and do the rest yourself | Mark Studios | Editing plans from $750 to $3,500 a month; posting, scripts and filming not included |
If the founder will not appear on camera at all, a founder-led agency like ours is the wrong choice. If you sell software and want a specialist, KS Media is the honest answer, and you do not need an alternative.

What our case shows for a non-SaaS founder
Our published case is two e-commerce founders, Arthur and Bryan, who sell a paid community. They went from $12.5K to $80K per month in 7 months, from about 50 to about 320 members at $250 a month, almost entirely organic. More than 90% of new members came through YouTube. Source: Menno Kater, October 19, 2026. The full story is in the case write-up.
We still work together. In October 2026 the community passed 400 members, at $249 a month, with 41 five-star reviews that anyone can read. Their YouTube channel, @arthurandbryan, had 212 subscribers on September 18, 2025 and 4,210 on October 26, 2026, according to public channel data read via vidIQ on October 26, 2026.
This is a community result, not a SaaS pipeline result and not a forecast for your business. It is relevant if you sell a membership, a program or an expert offer to people who need to trust you first. How to choose between the alternatives
- Write down what you sell, what it costs and how buyers purchase: a call, an application or a direct checkout.
- Decide who will be on camera. A founder-led agency needs you on camera; a brand or demo agency does not.
- List the platforms you need. If Instagram matters as much as YouTube, rule out YouTube-only agencies.
- Ask each agency for a case with a comparable offer, and for the price and the contract term in writing.
- Check who does what: research, scripts, filming, editing, packaging, publishing and reporting.
Our YouTube agency for founders page sets out our scope. If you are a coach, the page for high-ticket coaches covers that sales route specifically.
When we are not the right alternative
We are not the right fit if you sell B2B software and want a SaaS specialist; KS Media or ContentBuck will know your buyer better. We are also not the right fit if nobody in the company will appear on camera, or if you only need an editor.
We make no promises about views, subscribers or revenue. If the offer itself is untested, start with a one-off Channel Plan rather than a monthly retainer, so you know what to make before you pay for production.
