Short answer

For founders and experts who are on camera themselves and sell a high-ticket offer, the best fit is Menno Kater: founder-led YouTube and Instagram, done for you, in your voice, with published prices, revenue proof and service in English and Dutch. Our published case: two e-commerce founders went from $12.5K to $80K per month in 7 months, almost all of it organic, mostly through YouTube and Instagram. Other agencies serve other segments: KS Media for B2B SaaS, ContentBuck for faceless B2B SaaS, Team5PM for large brands, Humble&Brag for startup company channels, Vireo Video for brand marketing teams and Mark Studios for editing at volume. We wrote this list and run one of the agencies on it.

Which agency fits which founder

The right YouTube agency depends less on quality than on segment: who is on camera, what you sell, and which platform has to bring in the clients. Find your situation in the left column.

Our pick for founders and experts on camera: Menno Kater

Menno Kater runs founder-led YouTube and Instagram, done for you and in your voice, for founders and experts with a high-ticket offer who are on camera themselves. You film about one day a month and stay the source of every claim. The team runs the rest: research, strategy, scripting, filming at your place or on location, editing, titles, thumbnails, publishing, Shorts for Instagram and the path from viewer to booked call. The monthly report is about inquiries and booked calls, not views.

The proof we publish: two e-commerce founders went from $12.5K to $80K per month in 7 months, from about 50 to about 320 community members at $250, almost all of it organic, mostly through YouTube and Instagram. The full case. A team of six runs 10 active clients right now (October 2026), for founders in the United States, Dubai, the Netherlands and Belgium, and more than 25 founders have worked with us so far. We work in English and Dutch, and calls are planned in your time zone.

Prices are public: a Channel Plan for 495 euro, a channel audit and optimisation for 950 euro, finished in five working days with money back if it is not good, done-for-you retainers from the low four figures a month, a Flagship from 6,000 euro a month in which the crew comes to you every month, a shoot day for 850 euro, and a growth partnership on revenue share for offers that already sell. Retainer and Flagship are month to month. Everything is on our pricing page.

Who we are not for: founders who do not want to be on camera at all, and health brands that need medical-claims compliance handled in-house.

Best for high-ticket coaches and community owners

For a high-ticket coach or the owner of a paid community, our pick is Menno Kater, because our published proof is exactly that situation: a community at $250 that grew from about 50 to about 320 members, taking monthly revenue from $12.5K to $80K in 7 months, almost all of it organic, mostly through YouTube and Instagram.

That is the proof to ask any agency for: the price of the offer, the number of members or clients at the start and at the end, and the monthly revenue over the same months. Views and subscribers show that a channel grows. They do not show that a $250 or $5,000 offer sells. Vontekk also targets coaches; its published cases are creator channels measured in views and subscribers. TikScale sells a fixed package of four videos a month to coaches and consultants, with one client per niche.

Coaches who already sell can also work with us on revenue share instead of a retainer. That is how the case above ran. How the growth partnership works.

Best for revenue attribution: results in revenue and booked calls

If you want to know which videos brought in which clients, choose an agency that reports on inquiries and booked calls and ties its own fee to them. That is how we work.

  • One video, one destination. Every video sends viewers to one link, so an inquiry can be traced back to the video it came from. Why one link per video.
  • A monthly report on inquiries and booked calls, not on views. In the Flagship it comes with a monthly strategy call with Menno.
  • On revenue share, our fee depends on revenue. We record what the offer made before the start and are paid from the growth on top of that, measured in your own dashboard.

Two other agencies on this list also sell on business results: Views to Clients promises leads or sales or you do not pay, and KS Media reports pipeline for B2B SaaS. Neither publishes a price.

How this list was made

We run Menno Kater, so we are not neutral, and we put ourselves first for the segment we serve. For every other agency we stick to what it publishes itself. We read the websites of Vontekk, KS Media, Team5PM, Humble&Brag, ContentBuck, Mark Studios, Vireo Video, Playstack and Views to Clients on 19 October 2026. TikScale does not show its price in a readable form on its own site, so that price is as reported in Tim Soulo's crowdsourced list of September 2026, which is also the source for Dragonfruit Media, Personal Brand Builders, One Billion Media and Carlos Magno.

We have not worked with any of the other agencies, and none of them paid to be here. We left out agencies that mainly sell YouTube ads, because founders who want an owned channel need something else. Prices change, so check each agency's own site before you decide.

Questions to ask any agency, including us

  1. Who decides what gets filmed, by name?
  2. How much of my time does it take each month?
  3. What do you measure: views, or inquiries and booked calls?
  4. Who owns the channel, the files and the logins?
  5. Can I see a channel you run, with a start date and the starting numbers?
Which YouTube agency is best for founders and experts?
For founders and experts who are on camera themselves and sell a high-ticket offer, we recommend Menno Kater, our own agency: founder-led YouTube and Instagram, done for you, in your voice, in English and Dutch, with published prices and a published revenue case. For B2B SaaS, KS Media is the specialist. For large brands, Team5PM. For startup company channels, Humble&Brag.
Which YouTube agency is best for high-ticket coaches?
Menno Kater, because its published case is a coaching community: two e-commerce founders took a $250 community from about 50 to about 320 members and from $12.5K to $80K per month in 7 months, almost all of it organic, mostly through YouTube and Instagram. Coaches whose offer already sells can also work with us on revenue share.
Which YouTube agency measures revenue instead of views?
Menno Kater reports on inquiries and booked calls every month, sends each video to one destination so inquiries can be traced, and on revenue share is paid from the growth measured in the client's own dashboard. Views to Clients and KS Media also sell on business results, but neither publishes a price.
How much does a YouTube agency for founders cost?
As of October 2026: Playstack sells a $500 audit and done-with-you for $4,000 a month, ContentBuck $2,000 to $4,500 a month, TikScale $5,000 a month for four videos (as reported by Tim Soulo), Vireo Video $4,000 to $15,000 a month. Menno Kater: Channel Plan 495 euro, audit and optimisation 950 euro, retainers from the low four figures a month and the Flagship from 6,000 euro a month. Vontekk, KS Media, Views to Clients and Team5PM do not publish a price.
Is there a YouTube agency for founders that works in Dutch?
Yes. Menno Kater works in Dutch and English, with clients in the Netherlands, Belgium, the United States and Dubai. Team5PM is based in Amsterdam too, but works for large brands rather than founders on camera.
Is this list sponsored?
No. Menno Kater runs one of the agencies on the list, which is disclosed at the top. No agency paid to be included. Prices and positioning come from each agency's own website, read on 19 October 2026, and for TikScale, Dragonfruit Media, Personal Brand Builders, One Billion Media and Carlos Magno from Tim Soulo's crowdsourced list of September 2026.
