Who this is for

Coaches who sell a high-ticket offer and teach on camera themselves

We build for coaches and community owners whose offer already sells and whose clients buy after a conversation, not after a discount code. You are the face and the voice of the channel. We are the team that runs it.

  • Business, executive and performance coaches whose programme starts with a sales call.
  • Owners of a paid community or membership, on Skool or their own platform, who need a steady flow of the right members.
  • Consultants and experts with a mastermind or a high-ticket programme next to their client work.
  • Founders who coach other founders, like the two in our case.

A new channel is fine, and so is an existing one. We are a team of six and in October 2026 work for ten active clients in the United States, Dubai, the Netherlands and Belgium. Calls are planned in your time zone.

Why YouTube and Instagram together

YouTube builds the trust. Instagram brings new people to it.

A coach sells confidence, and a long video shows that confidence before any sales call. Someone who has watched you work through their problem for twenty minutes arrives asking when they can start, not what it costs. Reels do a different job: they put you in front of people who do not know you yet, and point them to the long videos.

That is how our case ran: long-form on YouTube as the trust engine, short-form on Instagram as the feed, both cut from the same shoot days.

How it works

One shoot day a month. The team does the rest.

You film about one day a month and check scripts and final edits; the team runs research, strategy, editing, titles and thumbnails, publishing and the path from viewer to booked call. On average that is roughly an hour or two a week of your time.

  1. Research and plan. What already outperforms in your niche, what your buyers search for, and which of your client results and opinions belong on camera. You get it as a written channel plan.
  2. One shoot day a month. With your own setup, a local videographer or our crew, who also coach you on camera. A few hours to a full day.
  3. The team does the rest. Editing, titles and thumbnails, descriptions, publishing on YouTube, and reels and Shorts for Instagram cut from the same day. Your first content is live within two weeks of the shoot, or the month is on us.
  4. A path to the booked call. Every video points to one destination, your application or booking page, so the right viewer knows exactly where to go.
  5. A monthly read on inquiries and members. Which topics brought sales calls and new members, not views. Those get more, what flopped comes out.

This is founder-led YouTube management: you stay the face and the source, the team does the work.

What the case shows

Proof in members and monthly revenue, not in views

Our published case is a community for e-commerce founders, run by two founders, Arthur and Bryan, with members paying $250 a month. In seven months it went from about 50 to about 320 members and from $12.5K to $80K a month, almost all of it organic, mostly through YouTube and Instagram.

For a coach, that is the number that matters: paying members at a known price. The long videos on YouTube gave away their numbers, their approach and their lessons, which is where a future member decided whether they knew what they were talking about. The reels on Instagram brought new people to those videos.

It is one case, not an average. The first months were flat, and the growth compounded while they kept filming every month. The direction is repeatable; the pace depends on your offer, your market and your commitment.

Honest fit

Not for you if

This is not for you if you do not want to be on camera, or if your offer does not sell yet. A channel amplifies what already works and cannot repair a weak offer.

  • You want a faceless channel. Everything we build runs on your face, your voice and your stories.
  • Your offer has not sold yet. Get the first clients from your network first, then build the channel around what they bought.
  • You want results in 90 days. Think in months. In our case the graph was flat at first and compounded in the months after.
  • You want reach with general motivation tips. General advice attracts people who collect tips, not people who pay to make it work.
  • You want weekly feedback on videos you edit yourself. We take the work off your hands, so you only film and approve.

Which YouTube agency works with high-ticket coaches?
Menno Kater is a YouTube and Instagram agency for coaches and community owners with a high-ticket offer, done for you and in your voice. Its published case took a community at $250 a month from $12.5K to $80K a month in seven months, almost all of it organic, mostly through YouTube and Instagram.
Do you have proof in revenue, not just views?
Yes. Our published case is measured in members and monthly revenue: from about 50 to about 320 members at $250 a month, from $12.5K to $80K a month in seven months. It is one case, not an average, and the pace depends on your offer, your market and your commitment.
How much of my time does it take?
About one shoot day a month, a few hours to a full day depending on how much we film, plus checking scripts and final edits. On average roughly an hour or two a week. The team does the rest.
Do you do Instagram as well as YouTube?
Yes. The long videos go on YouTube, and reels and Shorts are cut from the same shoot day for Instagram. In our case, YouTube built the trust and Instagram brought new people to it.
What does it cost for a coach?
Retainers start in the low four figures per month, month to month, no lock-in. You can start with the free channel check, a Channel Plan for 495 euro or an audit and optimisation for 950 euro. The Flagship, where our crew films with you every month, starts at 6,000 euro a month. A shoot day on its own is 850 euro.
Can we work on revenue share?
Only if you own a paid community, membership or coaching programme that already sells. The terms are set per situation on a call and put in writing before we start.

No. A new channel works, and so does an existing one. What you do need is an offer that already sells and the willingness to be the face of it.
Do you work with coaches outside Europe?
Yes. We have clients in the United States, Dubai, the Netherlands and Belgium. The work is remote and calls are planned in your time zone.
Who owns the channel?
You do. Everything runs on your accounts, all files are yours, and if we ever part ways you take everything with you.
