Growth partnership · revenue share

Your offer already works. We bring the people, for a share of the growth.

For owners of a paid community, membership or coaching programme that already sells. We run the content on YouTube and Instagram and run the back of the business with you: the offer, the funnel, sales, onboarding and the numbers. We get paid partly from the growth we add, so your revenue is our revenue too.

Talk about a partnership → Message me We take on a few partnerships at a time.
Who this is for

Owners with proof, not with an idea

You have something that sells. Members stay, clients are happy, and almost everyone who joined found you through word of mouth, a podcast or one lucky post. The offer is not the problem. The problem is that too few of the right people know it exists.

  • A paid community on Skool, Circle or in a Facebook group.
  • A membership or course with members who stay longer than a month.
  • A coaching or consulting programme that sells, but only to people who already know you.

We say yes when four things are true:

  1. The offer already sells, with paying members or clients who stay.
  2. You want to be the face. About a shoot day a month on camera, a few hours to a full day.
  3. You share the numbers. Read access to Stripe, Skool or whatever you charge through. No numbers, no split.
  4. It fits on both sides. We only run a few partnerships at a time, so we choose as carefully as you do.
What we do

The content, and the business behind it.

More viewers only turn into revenue when the back end holds up. So in a partnership we take on more than the content: everything between the first view and a paying member.

Layer 1

The content engine

  • Research and strategy: what already works in your niche and what your future members search for.
  • Shoots and edits: long videos on YouTube as the trust engine, Shorts and Reels as the feed.
  • Publishing and optimisation: titles, thumbnails, descriptions, one link to one destination.
  • Tracking: from view to inquiry to paying member, not views for the sake of views.
Layer 2

The back of the business

  • The offer: what you sell, at what price, in which order, from free to your highest tier.
  • The funnel: the path from a video to an application, a call or a checkout.
  • Sales: setters and closers who book and run your calls, if you would rather not do it yourself.
  • Onboarding and community: the first weeks of a new member and community management, so the people we bring in also stay.
  • The numbers: a monthly read of members, churn and revenue, and what we change next.

What stays with you: your craft. You deliver the coaching and you are the face. The rest we can arrange, up to sales and community management, with people who do that every day.

How we get paid

Two models, both on paper before we start.

Your offer already sells

Revenue share

For an offer that already runs. We share in the growth we add, on top of what you already earn. The more we add, the more we both earn.

We build the offer with you

Profit split

For when we build the offer with you from the ground up, from positioning and price to the funnel. Then more of the work and the risk sits with us, and the split reflects that. We take on very few of these.

What we charge depends on where you stand: how far your personal brand already is, what the offer makes today and how much of the work and the risk sits with us. We discuss it on a call, not on a website. What we agree then goes on paper.

How the deal works

Set up like a business, not like a handshake.

Numbers firstBefore anyone says yes, we look at your numbers together: monthly revenue over the last six months, members, churn and where they came from. If a partnership does not add up, we tell you, and point you to what does.
The baselineWe record what your offer made before the start. We only share in what comes on top. What you already earn stays yours.
In writingWhat you pay, our share, the baseline, what counts as revenue and how we measure it, on one page. No small print, no surprises in month four.
Monthly statementEvery month a statement from your own dashboard: revenue, baseline, the difference and our share. Same numbers for both of us.
OwnershipChannel, content, accounts and members are yours, always. If we stop, you keep all of it.
StoppingHow and when you can stop, and what happens to our share then, is agreed up front. You know where you stand from day one.

What we have proven

Proven on a community. Set up around your situation.

Two founders had a community that worked and too few people who knew it existed. We worked with them on revenue share, so our income only grew when their revenue did. In 7 months it went from about 50 to about 320 members, almost all of it organic, mostly through YouTube and Instagram. That is exactly the kind of offer this partnership is for.

Every situation is different. How far your personal brand already is and what your offer makes today decide how we set it up. That is why we only run a few partnerships at a time, put everything in writing and start with your numbers instead of a pitch.

Frequently asked questions

Revenue share content, explained

What is a revenue share content partnership?
A way of working where the team is paid partly from the growth it brings in, on top of what you already made. Your revenue is our revenue too. The team runs the content and the back end with you: offer, funnel, sales, onboarding and the numbers.
Have you worked on revenue share before?
Yes. Our proven case ran on revenue share: two founders with a community at $250 a month that grew from $12.5K to $80K per month and from about 50 to about 320 members in 7 months, almost all of it organic, mostly through YouTube and Instagram. Which percentage fits your situation is something we discuss on a call.
Who qualifies?
Owners of an offer that already sells: a paid community on Skool or Circle, a paid Facebook group, a membership, a course or a coaching programme. Members or clients stay, you are willing to be on camera about a shoot day a month, and you give read access to the dashboard you charge through.
Do you share in what I already earn?
No. We record what the offer made before the start and only share in what comes on top of that. What you already earn stays yours.
What percentage do you take?
It depends on where you stand: how far your personal brand already is, what the offer makes today and how much of the work and the risk sits with us. An offer that already runs asks for something different than one we build from the ground up. We discuss it on a call, and what we agree goes on paper before we start.
Who owns the channel, the content and the members?
You do. Everything runs on your accounts, all files are yours, and the members are your members. If we stop, you keep all of it.
Can I grow a Skool community with YouTube?
Yes, and it is one of the best fits. Long videos on YouTube build the trust that justifies a monthly fee, Shorts and Reels bring new viewers in, and every video points to one place: the about page or the application for your community. Our proven case is a community at $250 a month that grew from about 50 to about 320 members in 7 months, almost all of it organic, mostly through YouTube and Instagram.
Can I stop?
Yes. How and when, and what happens to our share after that, is agreed up front. Channel, content and members always stay yours.
My offer does not sell yet. Can we still work together?
Sometimes, as a profit split where we build the offer with you from scratch, but we take on very few of those. Usually the better start is the free channel check or the monthly programme.
