Clipping and VOD uploads for streamers, so all you do is stream.

Every stream already holds hours of YouTube content and a stack of clips. Most of it is gone once the stream ends. We upload your full streams to your own YouTube channel and turn the best moments into clips for every platform. You stream, we do the rest.

The short version

Menno Kater is a done-for-you content team for streamers on Twitch and Kick. We upload your full streams to your own YouTube channel with new titles and thumbnails, work toward monetisation, and post the best moments as clips on YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Instagram and X. You stream and give us access. The price is set on a call.

Who it is for

For streamers with an audience and no time for YouTube

This works if you stream on Twitch or Kick, have a steady audience that shows up live, and have no time to edit, upload and post clips yourself. Your streams already contain the moments. What is missing is a team that turns them into a YouTube channel and a feed of clips, every week.

  • Streamers with a fixed schedule and regulars in chat.
  • Duos and groups that stream together, like Christina & Amber.
  • Streamers whose YouTube channel sits still, or who do not have one yet.

This does not work if one of these applies:

  • Nobody watches live yet. Clips amplify an audience that is already there. They do not replace it.
  • Your streams are mostly other people's videos, films or music. On YouTube that runs into copyright claims, and a channel built on it is hard to monetise.
  • You want a guarantee on views or income. Nobody can honestly give that, and neither do we.

Not sure your streams have enough to work with? You will know after half an hour, without a sales pitch.

How it works

What we do, step by step

Nothing gets made twice. One stream becomes a full video on YouTube and a set of clips on every platform. This is how it runs:

  1. Access and set-up. You give us access to your streams and to the YouTube channel, a new one in your name or the one you already have. We set up the channel page, the upload routine and the clip accounts per platform.
  2. Full streams to YouTube. Every stream goes up as a VOD on your YouTube channel, with a new title and thumbnail made for YouTube, not the stream title from that night.
  3. Toward monetisation. Regular uploads build the subscribers and watch hours YouTube asks for. Once the channel meets YouTube's thresholds, we apply for the YouTube Partner Program and keep the channel within its rules, so your streams can bring in extra ad revenue. YouTube decides on approval.
  4. Clipping. We cut the best moments from each stream into short clips and post them on YouTube Shorts, TikTok and Instagram.
  5. A separate format for X. X gets its own format, made for how clips are watched and shared there, not the same file that goes on TikTok.
  6. Reading the numbers. Views, watch time, subscribers and impressions show which kinds of moments travel. More of that goes into the next week.

We do more than cut and upload. We look for the tone and the format that fit you, like the separate format for X we made for Christina & Amber, and keep everything consistent across the channels. Above all, your personality has to come through in the clips. That is how viewers build a connection with you, instead of seeing one loose clip and scrolling on.

The case

Christina & Amber: a VOD channel on YouTube and clips on every platform

We have run their YouTube VOD channel, Christina & Amber Live, since September 17, 2026, and from September to mid-October 2026 we posted their clips on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts and X, including a new X account we set up. The clip numbers cover all those accounts together, September 1 to October 25, 2026. These are the numbers, each with its period and source.

We have done this for several streamers on Twitch and Kick.

One case, not an average and not a guarantee. What a channel and its clips do depends on your audience, your streams and how often you go live.

What stays with you

What the streamer does: stream, and give access

Your part is kept to a minimum on purpose. You keep streaming the way you do now and give us access once. After that there is nothing to edit, upload or post.

  • Stream. On your own schedule, on Twitch or Kick.
  • Give access. Once, at the start: to your streams, to the YouTube channel and to the clip accounts, with manager rights instead of your password wherever the platform allows it.

The channel, the videos and the subscribers stay yours. We are the team behind it.

Frequently asked questions

Clipping and VOD uploads, explained

Who owns the YouTube channel?
You do. The channel is in your name, or we use the one you already have, and we work with manager access. If we ever stop, the channel, the videos and the subscribers stay with you.
Can you guarantee the channel gets monetised?
No. YouTube decides. To join the YouTube Partner Program a channel needs a minimum number of subscribers plus enough public watch hours or Shorts views, and YouTube then reviews the channel against its policies. YouTube publishes those thresholds itself and changes them from time to time. We build the channel toward them and keep it within the rules, but we do not guarantee approval, views or income.
How fast does it start?
Once we have access, the first full streams and clips can go up, in a rhythm planned around your streaming schedule. How fast a channel grows differs per streamer and cannot be promised. For Christina & Amber we took over the VOD channel on September 17, 2026, after which daily views went from about 3,700 to about 10,600; in the 28 days from September 28 to October 25, 2026 it has 317,300 views, according to YouTube Studio.
Which platforms do you post on?
The full streams go on your own YouTube channel. Clips go on YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Instagram and X, with a separate format for X. The streams themselves can come from Twitch or Kick.
What does it cost?
There is no public price. It depends on how often you stream and on how many platforms we post. We scope it on a call, so you know what you get before anything starts.
What do I still have to do myself?
Stream, and give us access once at the start. The team does everything else: uploading, titles and thumbnails, clipping, posting and reporting.
