How much do YouTube agencies charge per video? Published prices, worked out per long video.

Short answer

YouTube agencies that publish a price and a video count charge about $500 to $1,300 per long video, as of October 2026. Around $500 per video buys an editing-led plan; $1,000 to $1,300 per video buys research, scripting, editing, thumbnails and publishing. Most agencies, including Vontekk, KS Media and Team5PM, publish no price at all, so per video they cannot be compared.

Per long video, from the agencies that publish both numbers

A monthly price only becomes comparable once you divide it by what you get. This table takes every agency in our research that publishes both a monthly price and the number of long videos, and divides one by the other. Prices as published on each agency's own site, read on October 19, 2026, unless marked otherwise.

AgencyPublished packagePer long videoWhat is included per video
TikScale$5,000 a month for 4 videos (as reported by Tim Soulo)$1,250Ideation, script, edit, thumbnail and posting
Multiflow Media2,575 euro for 2 episodes and 2 Shorts, incl. channel managementabout 1,290 euroTwo episodes, two Shorts and channel management
Playstack$4,000 a month for 4 long videos, 16 Shorts and 4 thumbnails$1,000Done-with-you: the client spends about 3 hours a week; 4 Shorts per long video
ContentBuck$2,000 a month for 4 videos (Starter)$500Demo-led B2B SaaS videos, no founder on camera needed
Mark Studios$2,000 a month for 4 videos and 8 Shorts (Growth)$500Editing, titles and SEO; scripts, filming and posting not included

The arithmetic is simple, and it is the point. The cheapest per-video price is not the cheapest route if you still have to write, film and publish yourself. Compare the per-video figure only between packages that include the same work.

What $500 buys, and what $1,250 buys

The gap between $500 and $1,250 per video is mostly the work around the edit. At $500, the published plans cover editing and packaging of material you supply (Mark Studios) or demo videos for software (ContentBuck). At $1,000 to $1,300, the plans add more of the job: ideas, scripts and posting (TikScale), Shorts and thumbnails (Playstack) or channel management (Multiflow Media).

Read the scope on each agency's own page before you buy. A package can change without notice, and the TikScale figure comes from Tim Soulo's list of September 2026, not from TikScale's own site.

Agencies that price per piece, not per month

Some agencies publish prices for parts of the work instead of a monthly package. They are useful if you only need one part, but they do not add up to a per-video price for the whole job.

  • Creator Bureau (Netherlands): thumbnails 250 to 750 euro per video ex VAT, editing from a 300 euro minimum and about 500 euro a day. Read from the search index of creatorbureau.nl on October 26, 2026.
  • Humble&Brag (Berlin): a studio capture day at 1,500 euro, video packs at 3,500 and 6,500 euro ex VAT. The number of videos per pack is not on the price list we read.
  • Vireo Video: $4,000 to $15,000 a month, modular, for brand teams. No video count per tier, so no per-video figure.

Team5PM, Vontekk, KS Media and Views to Clients publish no price, as of October 2026. For the full monthly picture, including freelancers, see what it costs to have your YouTube channel run.

Where our prices sit

We do not publish a price per video. Our done-for-you retainer starts in the low four figures per month, ex VAT and month to month, and the exact amount is scoped on the call. We always start with 1 long video a week, so 4 a month, and scale to 2 and then 3 a week when it works. Shorts depend on budget and effort, for example 15 or 30 a month. Two other published prices help you compare. A shoot day costs 850 euro, equipment included. One shoot day gives at least 4 long videos and at least a month of content. The Flagship, with a crew that films with you every month on YouTube, Instagram and LinkedIn, starts at 6,000 euro a month.

The work in the retainer goes beyond the edit: finding your tone of voice and the right branding, camera coaching, filming on location, research, scripts, editing, Reels and Shorts, thumbnails, planning, management and reporting. See how we work for the full scope.

How to compare a quote per video

  1. Ask how many long videos and how many Shorts the monthly price covers, and divide.
  2. Ask who decides the topic, who writes, who films and who publishes. Price only the packages that match.
  3. Ask how much of your own time each video takes, in hours per week.
  4. Ask for the contract term and the notice period in writing.
  5. Work out what one new client is worth to you, and how many the fee needs. Our break-even table does that by offer price.

When the per-video price is the wrong question

The per-video price is the wrong question if you have not yet decided what the channel is for. Ten cheap videos that nobody in your market wants to watch cost more than four that bring in calls. If that is where you are, a one-off Channel Plan at 495 euro tells you what to make before you pay anyone to make it.

It is also the wrong question if you only need an editor. Then an editing plan or a freelancer is the right comparison, not a done-for-you agency.

How much does a YouTube agency charge per long video?
Agencies that publish a monthly price and a video count come out at about $500 to $1,300 per long video, as of October 2026. About $500 buys editing-led or demo plans (Mark Studios, ContentBuck); about $1,000 to $1,300 buys a fuller service (Playstack, TikScale, Multiflow Media).
Why is one agency $500 per video and another $1,250?
Because the work differs. At $500 the published plans cover editing and packaging of material you supply, or demo videos. At $1,000 to $1,300 they add more of the job, such as ideas, scripts and posting, Shorts and thumbnails, or channel management. Compare only packages that include the same work.
Does Menno Kater charge per video?

No. A low price per video often leaves topic choice, scripting, filming and publishing with you. Add your own hours to the price, and compare what one new client is worth against the monthly fee before deciding.
