What Team5PM is
Team5PM started in May 2018 as 5PM, founded by four people from RTL, and has been part of the Madrid-based group SAMY since October 2025. It lists offices in Amsterdam, Stockholm, Warsaw, Cape Town and Johannesburg and gives 51 to 200 employees in its own schema and on LinkedIn. Its homepage now calls it a data-driven social agency. Clients it names include KPN, bol, Prime Video, PwC, GAMMA, IKEA and Knab.
There is no pricing page. Its YouTube FAQ says costs depend on volume, production and ad budget, and asks you to request a proposal. The only exact prices are for its tool Topictree: 500, 999 or 2,500 euro a month. Its terms say a contract runs for its agreed term and is then renewed tacitly by the month, with 30 days to pay, annual indexation and explicitly no guarantee of results. All as of October 2026.
For a national brand with campaigns, ad spend and a marketing department, that is an established partner with brand cases to show. For a founder whose clients buy because of the founder, the model starts from the wrong side: the brand, not the person.

What a founder channel needs that a brand campaign does not
A founder channel sells trust in one person. So the work starts with finding your tone of voice and the right branding, camera coaching and filming on location, and only then moves to research, scripts, editing, Reels and Shorts, thumbnails, planning and management. Where a brand agency reports reach, a founder channel has to show money coming in. Our clearest example: Arthur & Bryan, two e-commerce founders with a paid community, went from $12.5K to $80K per month in 7 months, growing from about 50 to about 320 members at $250, almost entirely organic. More than 90% of new members came through YouTube, and the founders now sit consistently around $140K a month (Menno Kater, October 31, 2026). Five questions to put to any agency
- Is the channel built around the brand or around a person on camera?
- What does the first term cost in total, and what happens after it ends?
- Is there annual indexation or tacit renewal in the terms?
- Is there a case with an offer like yours, with revenue and not only reach?
- Who owns the channel, the files and the accounts if you stop?
