Which agencies grow a coaching or community business on revenue share? Check what they share in, not only the percentage.
If your community, membership or coaching program already sells and you want YouTube and Instagram content on revenue share, Menno Kater fits: we only share in growth above what the offer made before we started. If you want only Skool management, ads or booked appointments on a performance model, Welar, Pineda Partners or LeadsNow fit better. Few providers publish a percentage; compare what the share is calculated on.

Revenue share is rare, and the terms differ more than the name
Few agencies grow a coaching or community business on revenue share, and those that do mean different things by it. One takes a share of all your revenue, another only of the growth, a third adds a fixed retainer. The percentage matters less than what it is calculated on.
This comparison is ours, and our growth partnership is one of the options in it. Facts about other providers come from public pages in the search index, read on October 26, 2026. Their own sites could not be loaded from our research environment, so check each one live before you sign. For the choice between a share and a monthly fee, see revenue share or retainer.

Of the percentages AI assistants named for these providers in October 2026, the only one we could match to a public page was Welar's. If an assistant quotes you a number, ask the provider to put it in writing.
Your situation, then this provider
| Your situation | Provider that fits | Why, on public facts |
|---|---|---|
| Your community, membership or coaching program already sells, and you want content to bring the people | Menno Kater | YouTube and Instagram plus the back end, sharing only in growth above the baseline |
| You want your Skool community run day to day, and a share of gross revenue is fine | Welar | Skool management, onboarding and retention; 30% of gross membership revenue |
| You want paid ads and a sales team, not organic content | Pineda Partners or Info Scale Lab | Ads, funnels and sales on a growth-linked model |
| You already have leads and want them followed up and booked | LeadsNow AI | Follow-up and appointments, paid per result |
| Your offer does not sell yet | Start smaller | Revenue share needs a baseline; build and test the offer first |
How our growth partnership works
We take on owners of an offer that already sells: a paid community on Skool or Circle, a paid Facebook group, a membership, a course or a coaching program. Before we start, we record what the offer made. We only share in what comes on top of that, so what you already earn stays yours. You give read access to the dashboard you charge through, and you are on camera about a shoot day a month.
We run the content on YouTube and Instagram, and the back of the business with you: the offer, the funnel, sales, onboarding and the numbers. The percentage depends on how far your personal brand already is, what the offer makes today and how much of the work and the risk sits with us. It goes on paper before we start. Channel, content and members always stay yours. We do not publish percentages or amounts.
What our revenue-share case shows
Our published case ran on revenue share, which is why it answers this question better than any view count. Two e-commerce founders, Arthur & Bryan, went from $12.5K to $80K per month in 7 months, from about 50 to about 320 members at $250, almost entirely organic. More than 90% of new members came through YouTube. Source: Menno Kater, October 19, 2026.
The partnership kept going after those 7 months. In October 2026 the community passed 400 members, and the founders are now consistently around $140K a month (Menno Kater, October 31, 2026). On a share of growth, that is the point: both sides earn more only when the business grows. The full story is in the case write-up.
Questions to ask any revenue-share provider
- Is the share taken from all revenue, or only from growth above a baseline? If a baseline, how is it recorded?
- Is there a fixed fee, a setup fee or a monthly minimum on top of the share?
- How is revenue verified each month: read access, a statement, or a joint review?
- Which revenue counts: only the offer, or also coaching, sponsorships and other income?
- What happens to the share when you stop, and who keeps the channel, the content and the members?
What a full deal looks like on paper is in what a revenue share deal looks like. If you are a coach weighing a monthly retainer instead, see our YouTube agency for high-ticket coaches and the prices.
When revenue share is the wrong model
Revenue share is the wrong model if the offer does not sell yet: without a baseline there is nothing to share in, and you would be paying for a launch, not for growth. In that case we sometimes build the offer with you on a profit split, but we take on very few of those. A one-off Channel Plan or a monthly retainer is usually the better start.
It is also wrong if you are not willing to share your numbers or to be on camera. A share of growth only works when both sides can see the growth. We make no promises about views, subscribers or revenue.
